All rink reservations are non refundable.

For extenuating circumstances or special accommodations please send an email to rink@pigeonskates.com. Please have your booking information included in the email.

Any refund will be subject to a 5% deduction to cover credit card fees that are non-refundable for the business.

We can accommodate date/time changes to reservations.

•  Pigeon’s Roller Rink can accommodate date/class changes prior to the reserved ticket date.​

• Any changes made to the original booking date/time *must* be requested prior to the reserved ticket date. All requests made after the scheduled date/time slot will not be refunded. In case of an emergency, please contact rink@pigeonskates.com.

• THERE ARE NO REFUNDS GIVEN ONCE ADMITTED INTO THE FACILITY.

• Exceptions to the current refund policy can be made regarding inclement weather or inclement weather concerns.
